How do I measure the correct nail sizes?
The sizing bundle includes step-by-step instructions on finding your correct nail sizes.
Ensure you cover your whole nail, but do not have an overhang of the press-on.
To cover any variations in size between your hands when ordering your nails, write your custom nail sizes in order of thumb, index, middle, ring and pinky for both hands:
Left = 2, 5, 4, 6, 9
Right = 3, 5, 5, 6, 9
What happens if the nails do not fit?
Sizing is entirely the customer's responsibility. I will not be able to refund/exchange incorrect-fitting nail sets.

If the nail is slightly too wide, you can file it down slightly to fit your nail bed.
How do I apply the nails?
Proper prep is important for good nail adhesion. This involves clean hands, clean and pushed cuticles, trimmed nails, and wiping nails with acetone or a dehydrator for the liquid glue or glue tab to stick well.
You can apply the nail sets with:
- Various liquid glues, with different strengths.
- Glue tabs.
How do I remove the nails?
Liquid glue: soak your nails in warm water with soap and oil for 10-15 minutes.
Glue tabs: soak your nails in warm water with oil.
Gently push a metal or wooden cuticle pusher under the edge.
To protect your nails and preserve the integrity of the press-on nail for reuse, do not force or pull them off.
What are the nail sets made of?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are the nails reusable?
With proper prep and strong liquid glue, nails can last 14+ days at a time. The sets are made to be reusable with careful application and removal.
What if I just need one nail replaced?
This happens to everyone, whether it was lost or broken. Message me on instagram @kierahnails or email at service@kierahnails.com, and we'll figure out the best option.

Processing time is 2-7 days.
Shipping time varies between countries.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders and pricing?
These products are not available for wholesale, bulk purchasing, or reseller distribution.
All items are only sold for individual purchase and personal use.
Please note that emails regarding wholesale requests will not be acknowledged.
What is the return policy?
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive incorrect or damaged. To request a refund, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with a photo of the item received.
